Imen Ab does not operate any other websites under different addresses, nor does it have any blogs or usernames on internet messaging platforms such as Yahoo Messenger or MSN Messenger, and will never contact you through these methods.

Order Registration, Processing, and Delivery
A working day is defined as Saturday to Thursday each week, excluding public holidays in Iran, and all orders placed during working days and the first day after holidays are processed accordingly.
Imen Ab allows customers to place orders 24/7, seven days a week.
All orders placed on the Imen Ab website are queued for processing through an order code sent via SMS and a proforma invoice sent via email. Imen Ab always strives for accuracy and diligence in dispatching and delivering all registered orders. However, if a product runs out of stock—even after the customer has placed an order—Imen Ab reserves the right to cancel the order or refund the payment, or the customer may choose to replace the out-of-stock item with another product.
Imen Ab is authorized to stop accepting new orders and suspend sales without prior notice. All orders placed before the suspension will be processed and shipped. Imen Ab reserves the right to discontinue the sale of all or part of its products for any reason, such as stock depletion, without prior notice.
Users must complete the order form accurately and thoroughly when placing an order. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, the order cannot be tracked or delivered. Customers may enter the name, address, and phone number of another person to receive the order. If the order amount is prepaid, the recipient must present identification upon delivery.
Additionally, cash-on-delivery is not available for orders shipped via freight or for orders exceeding 30 million rials. These orders must be paid in advance via card-to-card transfer or online payment before dispatch.
Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content

These sites are not under Imen Ab’s control, and Imen Ab is not responsible for the content of these sites, including (but not limited to) other links that may exist on them. Pricing Policy
Imen Ab’s pricing policy is based on customer-centric principles and respect for consumer rights. With full respect to users and considering the wide range of product offerings, Imen Ab cannot guarantee final prices and availability before an order is placed. In rare cases, due to market fluctuations or pricing errors, if an order cannot be fulfilled, Imen Ab is obligated to promptly inform the customer and cancel the order.
If a product’s price drops after an order is placed, the order will be updated and the new price applied. All product prices include value-added tax, and customers do not pay any separate amount for VAT or related charges. Packaging, shipping, and insurance costs may be calculated separately depending on the order conditions, as indicated in the shopping cart form.

All stated terms and conditions apply under normal circumstances. In the event of force majeure, Imen Ab bears no responsibility.
