What does the product warranty for outdoor furniture include?
- Use of special solutions:

- Preventing debris from entering the liquid and tank:
Debris entering the liquid and tank will cause pump failure and is not covered by the warranty.
- Breakage and warranty:
Fractures caused by installation in sliding and glass doors such as Gloria/Venice/Trust and Mahtab are covered by the warranty, but fractures of the door body are not covered by the warranty.

If the flush tank starts to leak after some time of use, pay attention to the following:
Leakage from the flush tank into the sewer:
- Check the floater (most likely, debris has entered the floater and water is continuously entering the flush tank and water is flowing from the head under the pump into the sewer) / Replace the floater
- Check the pump and silicone gasket (sedimentation or presence of debris)
- If water leaks around the flush pipe and under the tank when flushing, it is related to the felt bowl gasket, which should be checked and repaired. Sometimes it is installed incorrectly.
Any painting or spraying of paint on the body and chassis of the product by the consumer is outside the factory standard and is not covered by the warranty.
In case of leakage around the chassis:
- Check the floater (water inlet is more than outlet)
- Clogged L pipe and lack of jet breaker
- It is not recommended to use a hot water inlet in a built-in flush tank, and if this happens, the product will be voided from warranty.
When installing and using the urinal valve inlet for the first time and connecting the valve to the flush tank inlet, first open the valve to let some water drain out to prevent any threads or debris from entering the flush tank.
Installing Caspian and Persian flush tanks does not require a straight pipe clamp.
You are not allowed to use alcohol or acidic substances to wash the body of flush tanks, especially colored and patterned models.
