Order Registration, Processing, and Delivery

A working day is defined as Saturday to Thursday of each week, excluding public holidays in Iran, and all orders registered during working days and the first day after holidays are processed. Imenab allows its customers to place orders 24/7. All orders registered on the Imenab site are placed in the processing queue by sending the order code via SMS and a proforma invoice via email. Imenab always makes every effort to send and deliver all registered orders with utmost care. However, if the stock of a product in Imenab runs out, even after the customer has placed an order, Imenab reserves the right to cancel the order or refund the order amount, or the customer can replace the out-of-stock item with another product. Imenab is authorized to stop accepting new orders and stop selling without prior notice, and all orders registered before stopping orders will be processed and shipped.
