Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to questions
- Use of special solutions:
In foam soap dispensers, only special foam liquid should be used. Using regular liquid solutions will void the warranty. The use of laundry powder or bleach in the soap dispenser tank is not allowed and will void the warranty.
- Prohibition of acidic detergents:
In all plated products, the use of acidic detergents such as hydrochloric acid is prohibited and is not covered by the warranty.
- Incompatibility with alcohol and sanitizing gels:
Soap dispenser tanks are not suitable for the use of alcohol and sanitizing gels. Using them will void the warranty.
- Exposure to direct sunlight:
Soap dispenser tanks should not be exposed to direct sunlight. This will cause product discoloration and pump damage, which is not covered by the warranty.
- Preventing debris from entering the liquid and tank:
Debris entering the liquid and tank will cause pump damage and is not covered by the warranty.
- Breakage and warranty:
Breakages due to installation in sliding and glass soap dispensers like Gloria/Venice/Trust and Mahtab are covered by the warranty, but body breakages of the soap dispenser are not covered. If the top lock of Ima breaks, it is covered by the warranty and can be replaced by the representative.
Adhering to these instructions helps maintain the quality and safety of the products and ensures warranty coverage.
The tip breakage of the soap dispenser is covered by the warranty. If you purchase a built-in household soap dispenser, it is possible to change the mode to public mode for the consumer, provided that the special hose and collar inside it have been sent to the representatives. Otherwise, this cannot be done for the consumer. If the consumer uses a hose other than the one approved by Imenab, it is not covered by the warranty under any circumstances.
If the liquid does not come out of the public built-in soap dispenser, two points should be considered:
- The tip of the hose has come out of the liquid.
- There is a possibility of air suction and leakage from the hose connection to the bottom of the soap dispenser.
Adding an anti-rotation mode to the built-in soap dispenser to prevent automatic rotation during use, when installing a public built-in soap dispenser, adjusting the hose length is very essential so that the tip of the hose is inside the liquid.
When the flush tank water output is very weak and the water speed is low, consider the following:
- Use the Imenab Jet Run package.
- If using non-standard L pipes, pay attention to the pipe distance to the wall, the quality, and the method of L pipe installation.
- Use a conversion fitting.
- L pipe blockage due to construction debris.
- Use of non-standard L pipe with a smaller diameter.
- Incorrect installation of the L pipe and not maintaining the necessary distance from the toilet bowl.
- Improper float adjustment and inadequate tank filling.
- Not maintaining the standard installation height of the flush tank.
- Using additional pipes and fittings (each elbow reduces the pressure by approximately 5 times).
There is no need to use Teflon or similar materials for sealing the parts, and any use of these materials is considered an installation error and is not covered by the warranty.
If the flush tank starts leaking after some time, consider the following:
Leakage from the flush tank into the sewage system:
- Check the float (most likely debris has entered the float, causing water to flow continuously into the flush tank and the water to flow from the bottom of the pump head into the sewage) / Replace the float
- Check the pump and silicone washer (scaling or debris presence)
- If during flushing, water leaks from around the smooth pipe and under the flush tank, it is related to the oil seal washer, which should be checked and fixed. Sometimes it is installed incorrectly.
Any coloring or paint spraying on the product’s body and chassis by the consumer is outside the factory standards and is not covered by the warranty.
If there is a leak around the chassis:
- Check the float (the water inlet is more than the outlet)
- L pipe blockage and lack of a jet breaker
- It is not recommended to use hot water input in built-in flush tanks under any circumstances, and if this happens, the product will be void of warranty.
During installation and the first time using the inlet stopcock and connecting the tap to the flush tank inlet, open the tap first to let some water out to prevent any thread or debris from entering the flush tank.
Installing Caspian and Persian flush tanks does not require a smooth pipe clamp.
When cleaning the body of the flush tanks, especially colored and patterned models, using alcohol or acidic materials is strictly prohibited.
